5. Pay attention to check and maintain the oil level in the oil tank of the cutting machine at any time, and the hydraulic oil level shall be less than 2cm higher than the filter screen.

6. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank must be replaced within about 1-2 years, especially the primary oil of the new machine should be replaced within about 6 months. After installation or oil change of the new machine, the filter screen must be cleaned after about 1-2 months of use.

7. The oil pipe and joint shall be locked without oil leakage, and the oil pipe shall not be rubbed during operation to prevent damage.

8. When removing the oil pipe, place a cushion block at the bottom of the pressure seat to lower the pressure seat to the cushion block to prevent a large amount of shallow leakage of circulating oil. Note that the motor should be completely stopped and the parts of the oil pressure system can be removed without pressure.

9. If the machine is not operating, the motor must be stopped, otherwise the service life of the machine will be greatly reduced.
