1） Description of claw mechanical adjustment:

Before arranging the claws, the position of the first claw of the front upper machine must be determined, and then the first claw of the front upper machine shall be used as the benchmark to arrange the claws according to the produced shoe shape. The position of the first claw of the front upper machine depends on the sweeping knife of the front upper machine.

1) The relationship between the first claw of the front upper machine and the inner and outer support platform:

When the outer support rises, the leading edge is 8-10mm away from the inner edge of the first claw of the front upper machine. The arc center line of the first claw of the front upper machine must be aligned with the center line of the inner and outer support (the inner and outer support is aligned with the center point of the wiper interface of the front upper machine).

2) Relationship between claw and front upper machine broom.

When the big seat falls to the bottom and the front drive machine returns to its original point, the front edge of the front gear should be about 3-5MM from the inner edge of the front end of the front cutter. The adjustment step is to adjust the screw before and after adjusting the screw and the nut of the front and rear cylinder of the front seat, so that the distance between the front gear and the front gear can meet the requirements. All claws must be about 3mm from the bottom surface of the front upper sweeper when closed.

3) Arrangement of claws:

First determine the shoe shape, and select claws with similar circular arc based on the appearance of the shoe last. Before arranging the claws, first turn the cross switch of the claw plate to make the oil cylinder of the claw plate at the midpoint of the stroke. The purpose is to obtain a large range of two-way adjustment (adjustment of large size and small size) after the arrangement of the claws. In production, the claw plate and claws can cooperate with the large and small adjustment of the last size.

If the claws release the vamp too slowly, the front upper machine sweeper may break the vamp or even bend the claws. If the claws release the vamp too early, the guild will make a corner. Therefore, the time when the claw releases the vamp depends on the vamp material. (the basic principle is that the upper can be released when the front upper machine sweeper sweeps out the inner edge of the claw by 1-3mm).

When arranging the claws, prepare to put into production the shoe-shaped middle code last as the model of claw arrangement, place the last on the inner support platform, align the center point of the shoe head with the center of one claw of the front upper machine, and the claws shall be arranged according to the outer waist of the last (this method is applicable to the left and right feet of one upper). When adjusting the arrangement of claws, it should be noted that the two claws do not contact, but the smaller the gap, the better the lasting effect.
